18In section seven of the Police Act, 1946, for the words from " at any time " to " 1945 " there shall be substituted the words " an order is made under the Local Government Act, 1958 ", and after the words " specified in the order " there shall be inserted the words " then without prejudice to the provisions of Part II of the said Act of 1958 as to joint boards and combined authorities ".
