12In section one hundred and forty-seven of the Act of 1933, in subsection (2) for the words from "may" to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the words " of a non-county borough or of a borough to which the Seventh Schedule to the Local Government Act, 1958, applies may change the name of any urban parish situate in the borough. " ; and in subsection (3) of the said section the words "borough or" shall cease to have effect.
