Without prejudice to any powers of the [F1Corporation]apart from this section, the [F1Corporation]may make such payments as may be prescribed by way of reimbursement of the expenses incurred by any person for the purpose of securing the carrying out by the [F1Corporation]of their obligations under this Act.
