Persons serving Her Majesty, or otherwise employed, in such capacities connected with Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces as may be specified for the purposes of this Schedule by regulations made by F2the Defence Council, being persons serving or employed under Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom.
