34 Determination of disputes, etc.U.K.
(1)The provisions of the Landholders Acts with regard to the Land Court shall, with any necessary modifications, apply for the determination of any matter which they [F1have jurisdiction] under this Act [F2or the M1Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 1976] to determine, in like manner as those provisions apply for the determination by the Land Court of matters referred to them under those Acts.
