5Repeals
(1)The annual Acts continuing the Army Act or the Army Act and the Air Force Act, and passed during the period beginning with the year eighteen hundred and eighty-two and ending with the year nineteen hundred and fifty-four, are hereby repealed so far as still in force.
(2)The enactments specified in the Fourth Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
