2The financial year of the National Coal Board which, by virtue of section 2 of the Coal Industry Act 1956, will begin at midnight of the 29th December 1962 shall continue until midnight of the 28th March 1964; and thereafter the financial year of the Board shall be the period beginning at midnight of the last Saturday in March in one calendar year and ending at midnight of the last Saturday in March in the next following calendar year.
