70Short title, extent and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Pipe-lines Act, 1962.

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.

Section forty-one of this Act shall come into operation on the passing of this Act, and the remainder of this Act shall come into operation on such day as Her Majesty may by Order in Council appoint.
