B. The Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1926 (16 & 17 Geo.5. c.88) E+W

2 E+W In subsection (1) of section one, for the reference to a certificate of the registrar given in pursuance of that Act there shall be substituted a reference to a certificate of the registrar given under subsection (2) or (3) of section eleven or under section twenty–four of this Act.
