(1)[F1Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale F2. . .; and] the court by whom any person is convicted of an offence under this Act may order to be forfeited any fish, eggs of fish, foodstuff or article in respect of which the offence was committed.
