180(1)Section 102E (power to establish STBs) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (5), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)a combined county authority;”.
(3)In subsection (6), after paragraph (a) (but before the “or” at the end of that paragraph) insert—
“(aa)the area of a combined county authority,”.
