Schedule 5 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments in connection with Part 3

Part 1 E+W Amendments of the Building Act 1984

68 (1) Section 107 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “relevant authority”.

(3) After subsection (5) insert—

“(6) In this section “relevant authority” means a local authority or the regulator.”
