In section 1(2)(b) of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980, for “sections 12 and 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ sections 79, 80 and 82 of the Sentencing Code ”.
