5 U.K. In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (offences excluded from section 32), at the end of Part 2 insert—

“SPACE INDUSTRY ACT 2018 (c. 5) U.K.

• Paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 (hijacking of spacecraft).

• Paragraphs 2 and 3 of that Schedule (other offences relating to spacecraft).

• Paragraph 4 of that Schedule (endangering safety at spaceports).”
