(2)In subsection (2)—
(a)after paragraph (a) insert “ and ”, and
(b)omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it.
(3)In subsection (3), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.
(4)In subsection (5)(a)—
(a)omit “or the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002”, and
(b)omit “, European Parliamentary elections”.
