SCHEDULE 5Accreditation of certification providers: reviews and appeals

This Schedule applies where—

a

a person (“the applicant”) applies to an accreditation authority for accreditation as a certification provider, and

b

is dissatisfied with the decision on that application.

In this Schedule—

  • “accreditation authority” means—

    1. a

      the Commissioner, or

    2. b

      the F1UK national accreditation body;

  • “certification provider” and “F1UK national accreditation body” have the same meaning as in section 17.
