SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Accreditation of certification providers: reviews and appeals

Introduction U.K.

1 (1) This Schedule applies where— U.K.

(a) a person (“the applicant”) applies to an accreditation authority for accreditation as a certification provider, and

(b) is dissatisfied with the decision on that application.

(2) In this Schedule—

• “accreditation authority” means—

  (a)

  the Commissioner, or

  (b)

  the [F1 UK national accreditation body];

• “certification provider” and “[F1 UK national accreditation body]” have the same meaning as in section 17.
