131 In section 11(5)(b) (right to appeal to Upper Tribunal), for “section 28(4) or (6) of the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “section 27(3) or (5), 79(5) or (7) or 111(3) or (5) of the Data Protection Act 2018”.
