Conditions on bringing scheduled works and depots into use U.K.

10 U.K.Where the relevant planning authority approves a scheme for the purposes of paragraph 9(4)(b), the nominated undertaker must—

(a) carry out the scheme, and

(b) comply with any condition subject to which the scheme is approved.
