Section 20 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (decisions on discovery) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)(f), for “a closure notice” substitute “ a partial or final closure notice ”.

In subsection (3)(b), at the end insert “ as specified in subsection (1) ”.
