37 U.K. In paragraph 2(7) of Schedule 4 to the Gas Act 1995 (application of paragraph 23 to public gas transporters) for “Paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “ Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.
