43 (1) Section 29E (Commission's powers and duties where it decides not to investigate) (as inserted by this Act) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ”.

(3) In the heading—

(a) for “Commission's” substitute “Director General's”;

(b) for “where it decides” substitute “ on decision ”.
