86In section 1(9) (meaning of politically restricted post under a local authority) for “and every member of staff of a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004” (as inserted by paragraph 61 of Schedule 1) substitute “every member of staff of a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 and every member of staff of the London Fire Commissioner”.
