40In section 138 (powers of principal councils with respect to emergencies or disasters) in subsection (5) (power of London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority to incur expenditure in connection with planning by principal councils) for “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority” substitute “the London Fire Commissioner”.
