34In Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (further administrative, incidental and consequential provisions) in paragraph 6(1)(a) (meaning of “local authority”) for sub-paragraph (ib) substitute—
“(ib)the London Fire Commissioner;”.
