31 E+W+S In section 3(2)(b) of the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance: employers to which the exemption applies) for “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority,” substitute “ the London Fire Commissioner, ”.
