5 The provisions mentioned in paragraph 4 are—

(a) section 67(4)(b) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984;

(b) section 21A(4)(za) of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996;

(c) section 6(2)(b) of the Police and Justice Act 2006.
