3(1)The Police and Justice Act 2006 is amended as follows.
(2)In the heading of section 6 for “and ACPO” substitute “and body representing chief officers of police”.
(3)Schedule 4 is amended as follows—
(a)omit paragraph 2;
(b)omit paragraph 6;
(c)omit paragraph 8;
(d)omit paragraph 17;
(e)omit paragraph 18.
