37E+WIn section 5(3) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (tenancies which are not statutory tenancies) after paragraph (bbb) insert—
“(bbc)a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
