37 E+W In section 5(3) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (tenancies which are not statutory tenancies) after paragraph (bbb) insert—

“(bbc) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
