39E+WIn section 3A(8)(a) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (excluded tenancies and licences: licences to occupy local authority etc hostels) after “the Inner London Education Authority,” insert “ a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, ”.
