84 E+W In section 104 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (partner authorities) in subsection (5) (meaning of “fire and rescue authority”) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of that Act;”.
