21In section 3(2)(b) of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance: employers to which the exemption applies) after “a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act,” insert “a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004,”.
