19In Schedule 4A (exclusion of certain shared ownership leases) in paragraph 2(2) (leases granted by certain local authorities: bodies to which the exclusion applies) after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
