16In section 11 of the Local Government Act 1966 (grants for certain expenditure due to ethnic minority population) in subsection (2) (bodies to which the section applies) after “This section shall apply to” insert “a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004,”.
