SCHEDULE 5 Minor and consequential amendments

88 In section 460 (finance), in subsection (3)—

(a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) after paragraph (b) insert “, and

(c) any sums received by the Financial Conduct Authority in consequence of this Act are to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”
