18(1)Section 2A (contribution to the reduction of crime) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)—
(a)omit “or” before paragraph (e);
(b)after paragraph (e) insert—
“(f)Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, or
(g)the Financial Conduct Authority.”
(3)In subsection (3)—
(a)omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b);
(b)after paragraph (c) insert “, and
(d)in the case of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs or the Financial Conduct Authority, the Treasury.”
