Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 U.K.

5 (1) Section 71 (issue and revision of codes of practice) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (2)(a), for “Parts I to III” substitute “ Parts 2 and 3 ”.

(3) Omit subsection (2A).

(4) In subsection (8) for “(2A)” substitute “ (3) ”.
