The Communications Act 2003 is amended as follows.

In section 401(5)(g), for “sections 47 to 49” substitute “section 47 or 48”.

In Schedule 18 (transitional provisions), omit paragraph 24 (which relates to section 94 of the Telecommunications Act 1984).
