33 (1) Paragraph 4 is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “OGA”,

(b) for “his” substitute “its”, and

(c) for “him” substitute “it”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “OGA”, and

(b) for “his” substitute “its”.

(4) In sub-paragraph (3)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “OGA”,

(b) for “his” substitute “its”, and

(c) for “he” substitute “it”.
