(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ OGA ”,

(b) for “his” substitute “ its ”, and

(c) for “him” substitute “ it ”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “ OGA ”, and

(b) for “his” substitute “ its ”.

(4) In sub-paragraph (3)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ OGA ”,

(b) for “his” substitute “ its ”, and

(c) for “he” substitute “ it ”.
