SCHEDULE 1 TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS TO THE OGA

32 (1) Schedule 2 (authorisations) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph 1(2).

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “OGA”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), for “his” substitute “its”.

(4) In paragraph 3—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “OGA”,

(b) for “his” substitute “its”, and

(c) for “he” substitute “it”.
