32 (1) Schedule 2 (authorisations) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit paragraph 1(2).

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “ OGA ”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), for “his” substitute “ its ”.

(4) In paragraph 3—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in each place) substitute “ OGA ”,

(b) for “his” substitute “ its ”, and

(c) for “he” substitute “ it ”.
