(2)In the heading, after “convictions” insert “ etc ”.
(3)In subsection (1)—
(a)after “application period” insert “ , or is required to pay an immigration penalty during that period ”;
(b)after “conviction” insert “ or the requirement to pay (as the case may be) ”.
