33 (1) Section 137J (rules about recovery plans) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “ the Treasury ”.

(3) After subsection (1) insert—

“(1A) The FCA must also consult the Bank of England.”
