30 (1) Section 3Q (co-operation by FCA and PRA with Bank of England) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In the heading, omit “and PRA”.

(3) In subsection (1), for “Each regulator” substitute “ The FCA ”.

(4) In subsection (2), for “regulator” substitute “ FCA ”.
