25(1)Part 2 (the Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossings General Directions 1997) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In direction 9 (approval of equipment relating to crossings) for “Secretary of State”, in each place, substitute “ national authority ”.
(3)In direction 10 (special directions)—
(a)in the title omit “by the Secretary of State”, and
