(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)for “a permitted authority” substitute “an EPB”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “permitted authority” substitute “EPB”.
(3)In subsection (3), in paragraph (a), for “permitted authority” substitute “EPB”.
