48 E+W+S In Schedule 2 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (transfer of accrued benefits), in paragraph 3, for “Chapter IV of Part IV of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 ”.
