7(1)Right to buy regulations must specify the kinds of stakes in qualifying facilities which may be bought through the right to buy.E+W+S
(2)A stake may take any of the following forms—
(a)one or more shares in a company;
(b)any other interest in a body other than a company;
(c)an equitable interest;
(d)a right to a royalty related to revenues;
(e)a loan.
(3)Right to buy regulations may make provision about the rights, obligations, powers and other terms attaching to a stake.
